UITP PARTNERS WITH OXFORD UNIVERSITY FOR TRANSPORT TRAINING PROGRAMME | UITP - Advancing Public Transport
In less than a month’s time UITP will be teaming up with the University of Oxford in order to provide a leadership programme on the global challenges in transport.
This Health, Wellbeing and Urban Mobility course will concentrate on the relationships between urban form and design, mobility practices, and physical and mental well being. Lectures will address the historical links between urbanism and health, providing a broader context against which to discuss the public health benefits and drawbacks of modern cities at a range of spatial scales and in a range of geographical contexts.
