Mai 4th, 2017 - Discover the Platine project and participate to the workshop at "Ecole Polytechnique"
The aim of the PLATINE project is to provide suitable procedures to tackle the nanoreliability question, by coupling the standard nano-electronics methods (imaging, characterization, modeling) to the mechanics-based reliability framework.
You are cordially invited to the PLATINE workshop that will take place Thursday, May 4th 2017.
The morning session will include a presentation of the platform as well as presentations of ongoing research conducted at PLATINE and by our colleagues at LSI and LPMC.
A lunch buffet will be followed by a visit of the platform.
The afternoon will start by a poster session and will close on a discussion panel regarding perspectives and possible research collaborations.
Please notify us of your attendance to the whole workshop or part of it before April 25th
