HKUST Signed Framework Agreement with Digital China to Build Smart City Research Institute
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and China’s largest integrated IT service provider Digital China Holdings Limited (Digital China) signed a framework agreement to build the Smart City (Hong Kong) Research Institute with an aim to foster the development of
smart city in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
