The Intelligent Energy – Europe programme ran from 2003 to 2013. For the second programming period (2007-2013) it was a part of the European Union'sCompetitiveness and Innovation (CIP) Framework Programme .
The list of documents gives access to all relevant legislative texts and official documents: the decisions establishing the programmes for the successive programming periods, work programmes and evaluation documents as well as the list of grants awarded by the Executive Agency for SMEs (EASME) (formerly known as Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation (EACI)).
