Pedestrian & Bicycle Information Center

The Federal Highway Administration and the Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center are pleased to deliver this free 12-part webinar series entitled Countermeasure Strategies for Pedestrian Safety. This series will provide participants with an in-depth exploration of some of the most effective countermeasures and design strategies that can be implemented to improve pedestrian safety. Each of the 12 sessions will feature detailed information about countermeasures and design strategies, supporting research and guidance, as well as case studies highlighting examples of implementation from around the country.
The series will be delivered between October 2015 and January 2016.

Le CENELEC - Comité européen de normalisation en électronique et en électrotechnique, organise un webinaire sur la normalisation dans Horizon 2020 le 17 novembre 2015.
Le programme du webinaire sera le suivant :
  • explication sur le rôle de la normalisation en matière d'innovation ;
  • transmission d'outils et de conseils sur la façon d'aborder correctement les normes dans les propositions de projet ;
  • études de cas concrets de projets de recherche réussis qui ont intégré la normalisation.
