The USDA recently released its December Grain Crushings and Co-Products Production report, announcing 470 million bushels of corn was consumed for fuel alcohol production in October, up 6 percent from September and up 3 percent from October 2016. Corn consumed for dry milling fuel production and wet milling fuel production was 89.1 percent and 10.9 percent, respectively.
