Velo-City Global 2016 – combining cycling and public transport | UITP
Active travel – walking, cycling… - is becoming an increasingly popular lifestyle, especially in large modern cities. That’s why this phenomenon will be addressed next week at Velo-City Global 2016, the leading international event for cycling.
About 1,000 delegates are expected to attend and UITP will also be there, organising two sessions that will show why land use planning and urban design are essential for enabling combined mobility and active travel in cities.
