Annual Conference of European Innovation Partnership on Raw Materials - European Commission
Today at the annual conference of the European Innovation Partnership (EIP) on Raw Materials, private, public and non-governmental bodies will be invited to make concrete commitments to help achieve a sustainable supply of raw materials for European industry.
The EIP on Raw Materials aims to reduce the EU's dependency on imports of raw materials, bring Europe to the forefront in raw materials sectors, and mitigate their negative environmental and social impacts. In September the EIP launched a Strategic Implementation Plan (SIP) describing how these aims could be achieved.(...)
